At NotebookTherapy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all stationery and accessories are included and in unused condition to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to the address provided by our team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
